Right now, it's hard to say. I really wanted to be much further with this by now but I've hit alot of brick walls. I lack alot of needed knowledge and financial resources for some of this stuff. I can't open a business bank account without certain paperwork from the IRS. I can't file the paperwork until I can actually understand enough to fulfill all the requirements needed for the paperwork to be approved. I can't really raise the needed money to fund anything without a business bank account. And there's tons of things that need to be done but can't be done without financial resources or knowledge that I don't have. Ideally, I want to file that paperwork asap but without help, it will probably be later this year when I can actually get it done. I think it takes 3 to 6 months, sometimes 12 months, for the IRS to approve or deny the application. So, just rough guessing...it could take 2 years before being able to locate an appropriate land lot and put in a down payment at the least. Unless, I can find enough help to speed things up. *shrug* With alot of help...I think a good bit of it could be done within 3 to 5 years, give or take. I'd prefer sooner but I'm trying to be as realistic as possible. As big as the project has become...it may take much longer than that but I would really like to see some kind of progress that's more promising by this years end.

At this point, I'm trying to get the word of the project idea out to as many as possible. The more advice, ideas, suggestions, help, and resources I can get- the better and sooner things will start to become more a reality. Once we have gotten approved Non-profit status from the IRS, then I will be able to open a business bank account. Once I have the business bank account, I want to do fund raisers, promotions, and anything else possible to raise the money for the land and other expenses. Once there's enough support and funds to at least put a down payment (plus some for security and such), then I think it will be much more of a reality. My problem is that I'm just one person with limited resources and this project is so much bigger than me. I don't even have a college degree.
