A Standers Affirmation

I AM STANDING FOR THE HEALING OF MY MARRIAGE!... I will not give up, give in, give out or give over 'til that healing takes place. I made a vow, I said the words, I gave the pledge, I gave a ring, I took a ring, I gave myself, I trusted GOD, and said the words, and meant the words... in sickness and in health, in sorrow and in joy, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in good times and in bad...so I am standing NOW, and will not sit down, let down, slow down, calm down, fall down, look down or be down 'til the breakdown is torn down!

I refuse to put my eyes on outward circumstances, or listen to prophets of doom, or buy into what is trendy, worldly, popular, convenient, easy, quick, thrifty, or advantageous... nor will I settle for a cheap imitation of God's real thing, nor will I seek to lower God's standard, twist God's will, rewrite God's word, violate God's covenant, or accept what God hates, namely divorce!
In a world of filth, I will stay pure; surrounded by lies I will speak the truth; where hopelessness abounds, I will hope in God: where revenge is easier, I will bless instead of curse; and where the odds are stacked against me, I will trust in God's faithfulness.
I am a STANDER, and I will not acquiesce, compromise, quarrel or quit.. I have made the choice, set my face, entered the race, believed the Word, and trusted God for all the outcome.

I will allow neither the reaction of my spouse, nor the urging of my friends, nor the advice of my loved ones, nor economic hardship, nor the prompting of the devil to make me let up, slow up, blow up, or give up 'til my marriage is healed.

I Am Standing With You!!

"Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything
you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For
where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them
(Matthew 18:19-20).

Jesus teaches us that there is power in agreeing prayer. Therefore, I
continue to stand with you, to encourage each of you and to agree
with each of you. I will not grow weary, neither will I give up, I
will persevere to the end. I will be like that widow with the unjust
judge. I will persevere.

Throughout the Bible we see people in trouble and when times get rough
they consistently wind up with fewer and fewer supporters around them.
In the extreme case of Job, we even see his friends telling him to
repent and change, when he has done nothing wrong. They just assumed
that all of the tragedy and pain that beset him had to be due to sin
in his life. Their response was not to encourage, but to discourage
and challenge him, then to leave him alone.

Yet we also see throughout the Bible the need for us to be encouraged
by others when we have tough or rough times. God is always there and
He does carry us through the tough times. Specifically that is the
duty of Holy Spirit. Jesus' description of the duties of the Holy
Spirit is found in John 14:16-18

Therefore, today I am declaring that I am standing with each of you
in your request to God for healing and restoration in your marriage.
Notice it says if two of you shall agree... Where? on earth... You
don't have to be in the same city or the same State to stand in
agreement with someone. If two people "on earth" pray the prayer of
agreement, it shall be done for them.

When Jesus speaks (prays) in agreement with His Father, mighty things
happen. Power of agreement leaves an impression! In the gospels
Jesus makes it clear to us numerous times that He is doing what He
sees His Father doing. He is saying what He hears His father saying.
Jesus is in complete agreement with God, His Father, who is in
heaven. Can we assume that this agreement is a major key to Jesus
success? Such as causing: the blind to see, the deaf to hear, the
lame to walk, the deaf to hear, the dead to be resurrected.

Let us stand in agreement with each other, praying with faith
believing without seeing for God to do this very thing we so
earnestly seek.

Prayer without faith has no power. Even the smallest amount of faith
can move mountains! James 1:5-8 "If any of you lacks wisdom, he
should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault,
and it will be given to him. But when he asks, he must believe and
not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and
tossed by the wind. That man should not think he will receive
anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he
does." Matthew 21:22 "If you believe, you will receive whatever you
ask for in prayer."

Let us stand in ageement with each other.

Be encouraged
