My Testimony: Grace Laurentia

I was born as a Christian. I went to church every Sunday morning and did the things that the other Christians do. But I didn't really understand about being a Christian. Christian was only a status for me. I didn't have a relationship with GOD.

Until 2 years ago, my mom gave birth my little sis. After that, she got bleeding for about 4 months. We had tried everything that probably could stop her bleeding, but there was nothing can help her. And because of her weight, she had low self-esteem and decided to divorce with my dad. It really shocked me because after have been married for 15 years, I've never seen they be involved in a quarrel.

My mom also tried to kill herself about twice. It was my worst nightmare. I can't sleep every night because I was afraid my mom would try to kill herself while I was sleeping. My school grades were getting worse. I was so down. But I remembered there was one Person who could help me and my family. He was Jesus. So I prayed. I shouted to Jesus to help my family. Then He told me to invite my mom, my dad, and my brother to pray together. We prayed every night and we believed that there's something great that God hid for us behind this trial.

Finally, my mom got heal and so did my family. After that, I became a true Christian. And my dad, he was an atheist before, but now he goes to church every Sunday. I just hope my dad will be baptized and become a true Christian before the rapture.
