Every day is gods gift.
1. Beloved, do not be ignorant of this one thing, that one day with the Lord is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day.[2nd peter3;8]
2. Wail for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as destruction from the Almighty.[isaiah13;6]
3. Woe to you who desire the day of the LORD! For what good is it to you? The day of the LORD is darkness and not light. It is as if a man had fled from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him. Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness and not light? Even very dark and no brightness in it?[amos5;18’20]
4. But the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat, and the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.[2nd peter3;10]
5. "For behold, the day comes that shall burn like an oven, and all the proud, yes, and all who do wickedly, will be stubble; the day that comes shall burn them up, says the LORD of hosts, so that it will leave them neither root nor branch.[malachi4;1]
6. For he said, "In an acceptable time I have heard you, and in the day of salvation I have helped you." Behold, now is the acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation.[2nd cori 6;2]
