What would happen if Christians took down their masks and got REAL?

Cynthia Early commented on Dana Osborne's group GettingGenuine
"If Christians would take their masks off? I believe they are scared of what other fellow Christians would actually see! God sees all. To become a True Christian? I believe in honesty, trust, and love. Too many people today are going to church and…"

Profile Information

Most of this world constantly gropes in the darkness for answers to the question, "Why am I here?" You may find too many answers if you search hard enough; answers that combine and blur the mind until you're back to square one again.
You may hold tenuously to whichever hollow answer suits your own purpose, to fulfill your personal lusts and desires in this world. Or you can choose to die to this world of empty illusions, only to be awakened to a war that is raging.
Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the father, but by me (John 14:16)" The ONLY way into a richer life without the guilt of past mistakes or aimlessly wandering this world waiting for death, is to accept the fact that The Lord Jesus Christ came to die for your sins. He purchased your salvation with His perfect blood. All you have to do is realize the need for Him in your life and ask Him into your heart. The Bible says, "...CHOOSE YOU THIS DAY WHOM YE WILL SERVE...(Joshua 24:15, emphasis added)" If you choose to live for Jesus, you choose life. If you choose to live for yourself, you choose death and hell. If you think you have time to make up your mind, you're treading on thin ice. The Bible clearly teaches that this life is but a vapor, and you are not promised even your next breath.
So how do you escape the pitfalls and perils of this world? Revelation 1:18- "I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death." Jesus is the key to an abundant life here on earth and for all eternity.
So you want to know about me? I want my life to point to the one who died a horrible death so that I may live. Being a true Christian, and not a "Sunday" Christian isn't the easiest lifestyle to choose, but it's the best. And by any means, I am not any better now than before I was saved, but now I am infinitely better off. Jesus is my Purpose, my Passion, my Praise, my Power, and my Promise and I love Him with all of my heart, soul, mind and strength.
My prayer for you is that if you have never repented and asked Jesus into your heart, that you will someday hear the wonderful Gospel -and understand. That you will understand that you are God's unique creation and the same loving God that made you also sent His Son as a sacrifice to atone for your sin. I pray that IF you do not accept that gift of salvation, that you also understand that the One, True, Living God is also a Just God, and if you are not covered under Jesus' precious blood, that there will be no excuses in the day you stand before Him, no forgiveness. Just as you would be outraged if a judge let a proven mass murderer and rapist go free, God sees every little sin in your heart and cannot let even one into heaven. So I pray that you not only hear (or read) the truth, but that understanding seeps down into the very core of your existence, like it did mine.
