I'm not sure if you meant looking at nude women on the internet or where.... but I have some cool advice if its on the internet. I too have had issues where I would look at stuff on the net and feel bad about it afterward. I ended up putting a very glorious background picture on my desktop of the Lion (Jesus). Every time I sit at my computer and before I get on the internet- I see this picture. It reminds me that I must not idolize anything other then Him and that he is with us no matter what we are doing.
