Good News For Friday October 2, 2009
Blessings All! In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Peace be to you and yours! Something good is going to happen to you today! Today’s good news is called In Trouble? Call God’s 911! Today let me ask you when trouble of any kind comes your way what’s the first thing you do? Do you start to panic or are you at peace? Who do you call first? Well the first thing you need to do is call on God and His promises. God has a special 911 number did you know that? Let me give you the good news straight from God’s news desk. Let’s look in the Word of God at where you can find God’s promise for help.

Psalm 91:1-16 (New Living Translation): 1) Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. 2) This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; He is my God, and I trust him. 3) For He will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease. 4) He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection. 5) Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies in the day. 6) Do not dread the disease that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday. 7) Though a thousand fall at your side, though ten thousand are dying around you, these evils will not touch you. 8) Just open your eyes, and see how the wicked are punished. 9) If you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, 10) no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home. 11) For He will order His angels to protect you wherever you go. 12) They will hold you up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone. 13) You will trample upon lions and cobras; you will crush fierce lions and serpents under your feet! 14) The Lord says, “I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name. 15) When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them.16) I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation.”

Brothers and Sisters this chapter of the Word of God is a must to meditate on and remember. It gives you promises that if you live in the shelter of the Most High then you are covered. The word live means: reside: to make your home in a particular place or condition or with a particular person. We need to make our home with God and live in His Word. We need to know our rights as a child of God when the enemy comes to attack us. Let’s get into the Word and His presence. Spend time with Him everyday! The reason I like to call this chapter of His Word God’s 911. Because it’s chapter 91, now look at verse11: For He will order His angels to protect you wherever you go. (911) Now you know God’s emergency number to call when trouble comes. At the bottom of this page today I am leaving a confession of Psalm 91, I encourage you to print it out and confess it over you and your family daily. I will leave you with this: Psalm 119:105 (Amplified Bible): Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. 'Till Monday this is your good news reporter with the good news straight from God’s news desk reminding you that GOD IS IN CONTROL and JESUS LOVES YOU! Have a peaceful and blessed Jesus kind of weekend! With much love In Him. J. Taylor

THE HEDGE Of PROTECTION Confession
PSALM 91
Make your faith declarations to the Father, asking Him to protect you, your family and possessions,

Me and my household dwell in the shelter of the MOST HIGH and Will abide in the shadow of the ALMIGHTY. we will say to the LORD, "Our REFUGE and Our FORTRESS, Our GOD, in Whom we TRUST!" For it is He who delivers Us from the snare of the enemy, And from the deadly pestilence. He will cover Us with His pinions, And under His wings We may seek refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and a strong protection. Me and my household will not be afraid of the terror by night, Or of the arrow that flies by day; Of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, Or of the destruction that lays waste at noon. A thousand may fall at our side, And ten thousand at our right hand; But it shall not approach us. We will look on with our eyes, And see the reward of the wicked. For Me and my household have made the Lord our refuge, Even the Most High, our dwelling place. No evil will befall us, Nor will any plague come near our household. For He will give His angels charge concerning Me and my household , To guard us in all our ways. They will bear us up in their hands, Lest we strike our feet against a stone. We will tread upon the lion and the cobra, The young lion and the serpent we will trample down.

The Father's promise to you:
Because you have loved Me, therefore I will deliver you and your household; I will set you securely on high, because you have known My name. You will call upon Me, and I will answer you; I will be with you in times of trouble; I will rescue you, and honor you. With a long life I will satisfy you and your household, And let you behold My salvation." AMEN ( So Be It )
